Although having high standards is helpful to our success, seeking perfection — an unattainable level — can be extremely detrimental to our health and happiness.

Join us for the “Taming the Perfectionist” workshop where we’ll help you release control of your perfectionist tendencies, so that you can find peace, happiness and freedom in your imperfection.

This interactive breakfast workshop is designed to help you:

  • identify the roots of your perfectionist tendencies
  • understand the pros and cons of being a perfectionist
  • discover strategies to release control and embrace imperfection

The creative activity for this Workshop will be the crafting of paper-mâché luminaries decorated with pressed flowers. It’s time to tap into your messy creativity! Experience the freedom of letting go of your perfectionism as you create something beautiful.

  • An engaging talk aimed at understanding and challenging perfectionist tendencies to help you find freedom.
  • A beautifully designed workbook.
  • All materials for creating your pressed flower, paper-mâché luminaries
  • Expert-led instruction from Lorinda Lloyd
  • A small gift for all participants.

  • Rediscover the joy of self-expression.
  • Embrace imperfection as a path to growth and fulfillment.
  • Connect with like-minded individuals on a journey towards self-acceptance and freedom.
