This Products Supply Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions which also apply to any purchase of Products from Braving Boundaries. Please read these carefully.

PLEASE READ THIS POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING ANY PRODUCTS

FOR PURCHASES WITHIN SOUTH AFRICA

1. Levycky Consulting (Pty) Limited trading as Braving Boundaries (“Braving Boundaries”) provides the deluxe gift box(es) and/or puzzle box(es) (“the Product”) to you subject to this document. These terms and conditions include warranties and limitation of liabilities.

2. The costs relating to the delivery of the Product will be charged for separately from the cost of the Product and vary depending on area and turnaround time of delivery.

3. We are dependent on third parties for the delivery of the Product and therefore cannot provide an exact time and date for delivery. However, you will be contacted by the courier company before delivery takes place. You can expect delivery within 10 (ten) business days of ordering the Product.

4. Should you find the Product to be defective you may, within 10 (ten) business days of delivery and in its original packaging return the Product to Braving Boundaries for a full refund.

5. Braving Boundaries reserves the right to discount the Product at any time.

6. Braving Boundaries is not the manufacturer of the goods that make up the Product (“the Goods”) and any warranty with regards to the Goods lies with the manufacturer thereof in accordance with such manufacturer’s terms and conditions. Braving Boundaries does not warrant that the Product or the Goods are fit for purpose.

7. Braving Boundaries complies with the provisions of the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 with regard to the processing of personal information as defined in this Act. For more information regarding Braving Boundaries’ data protection policy, please see here.

8. Save in the event of Braving Boundaries’ wilful conduct, Braving Boundaries (together with its clients, agents and employees) shall not be liable to you or any third party for any loss, expense, cost, damage, injury or death (whether direct, indirect, consequential, contingent or foreseeable) whatsoever, regardless of the nature thereof, whenever, however arising from the Product or its use.

 

FOR PURCHASES OUTSIDE OF SOUTH AFRICA

 

9. Levycky Consulting (Pty) Limited trading as Braving Boundaries (“Braving Boundaries”) provides the deluxe gift box(es) and/or puzzle box(es) (“the Product”) to you subject to this document. These terms and conditions include warranties and limitation of liabilities.

10. The costs relating to the delivery of the Product will be charged for separately from the cost of the Product and vary depending on area and turnaround time of delivery.

11. Any customs or other taxes applicable to the Product will be for your account. These are usually payable at the point at which the Product arrives in your country.

12. We are dependent on third parties for the delivery of the Product and therefore cannot provide an exact time and date for delivery. However, you will be contacted by the courier company before delivery takes place. You can expect delivery within 20 (twenty) business days of ordering the Product.

13. Should the Product or the Goods be defective you may, within 10 (ten) business days of delivery, request a refund from Braving Boundaries. Such refund shall exclude any transport costs of customs and related taxes which you may have incurred. Braving Boundaries reserves the right to refuse to provide a refund should it become clear that the refund is being disingenuously sought.

14. Braving Boundaries reserves the right to discount the Product at any time.

15. Braving Boundaries is not the manufacturer of the goods that make up the Product (“the Goods”) and any warranty with regards to the Goods lies with the manufacturer thereof in accordance with such manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

16. Braving Boundaries complies with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 2018 in terms of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) regime used in the UK with regard to the processing of personal information as defined in this Act. 17. 18. The terms of sale, transport and use of the Product are governed by South African law.
