Self-care isn’t just spa days and scented candles. Sometimes, it’s drawing a line.
This August, for Women’s Month, we’re inviting you to reclaim your time, space and energy – starting with one evening that’s just for you.
Join us for a relaxed and inspiring midweek session at the Clay Café in the City – an honest, creative workshop that explores the role boundaries play in real, sustainable self-care.
As we all know, saying no, speaking up or stopping the cycle of over-giving isn’t always easy. Yet it’s essential.
Together we’ll explore:
- Where you give too much and what that’s costing you
- Why setting boundaries can feel so uncomfortable
- How to start saying yes to yourself (without guilt)
What to expect:
- A short, thoughtful talk and coaching prompts on boundaries and self-worth
- A themed pottery activity to paint your own personal ‘boundary marker’ – something symbolic to keep as a reminder of what matters to you
- A workbook filled with reflective exercises, practical tips and takeaway tools
- Light refreshments and a relaxed space to connect with other women navigating similar challenges
No creative skills needed. Just come with an open mind and a willingness to put yourself first for the evening.
