A workshop to process grief with compassion

Walking The Path
of Grief

Grief is not limited to the death of a loved one.

Grief occurs in many shapes and forms:

Grief at the end of a relationship

The loss of a business or job

When children “leave the nest” (Empty Nest Syndrome)

Relocating or downsizing

Loss of health

Anticipatory grief when supporting someone facing end of life

Grief is a natural part of the cycle of life, but we prefer to sweep it under the carpet, not talk about it, ignore it and then when loss happens, we are often helpless, unable to cope.

Join Di and Frieda on the 15th March 2025 for a heart-centred and profound workshop designed to help navigate the journey of grief and loss.

Meet Di: A Guide through Loss and Transformation

Di is a compassionate and inspiring force for change, dedicated to helping others live their most fulfilling lives. With over 23 years of experience in personal growth, quantum healing and self-development, she has guided countless individuals on their journeys of transformation.

In 2019, life brought her a profound personal loss: the passing of her husband and soulmate of 38 years. This, coupled with witnessing her mother’s struggles to let go and move on at the end of her life, both very different processes, deepened her understanding of the complexities of loss. These experiences led her to become certified with Sacred Dying SA as a “death doula” (offering support at the end of life) and grief guide. Today, she helps others navigate the often overwhelming journey of loss and life changes that come with it.

Di is passionate about normalising conversations around death and grief. She believes in creating space for people to honour their emotions, to understand and embrace the natural process of healing.
