Thank you very much for participating in the Basic Balance session. I thoroughly enjoyed working with you and I hope that you found it beneficial too.

My goal for the Basic Balance session is two-fold:

  • to introduce you to the Braving Boundaries coaching process; and
  • to help you to start envisioning what a happy, healthy and fulfilling life looks like for you, and what might be currently holding you back from achieving it.
