Life as a lawyer is no easy task. I’ve been one for nearly 20 years and I am fully aware of the ups and downs that the legal world has to offer.
Aside from the technical skills you are expected to acquire, as you climb the corporate ladder, you also need to lead, to manage, to business develop, to navigate conflict and to cope with increasing demands on your time and energy.
But when were you taught the skills to do this?
Those so called “soft skills” are fundamental to becoming the flexible and adaptable lawyer that this modern world needs.

This program has been specifically designed by lawyers for lawyers. Together with my Co-Founders at Coaching Advocates, we have taken our 80 years of combined experience as lawyers to structure a program that we wish had been available to us when we were navigating our way through our careers from trainees to Partners to General Counsels.
